With Universities located downtown, there is a diverse and vibrant culture from various countries. Brisbane is rapidly growing each year and will be the perfect destination for a vacation! Much like Florida, Brisbane is known for their awesome climates year round and is known as the sunshine state.

A boutique hotel will be a good fit for Brisbane, Australia because there is a lack of smaller hotels within the Brisbane area. Most of the hotels in the area are larger corporate hotels. The design goal is to provide a hotel space that doesn't already exist within the Brisbane area along with providing a space that can be used for social media influencers such as a place to edit vlogs while traveling.

Social Media- In todays society social media such as Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube are a big part of everyday life. For some people it is how they make a living. Social media influencers are known for traveling around the world to various vacation locations and showing off their luxurious life style that most aspire to have. The ideal user for the space would be a social media influencer. Within the hotel space would be a Instagram wall where everyone such as tourists and influencers from all around the world can come and take a picture at the wall and post it to Instagram.
